About Liina Vahtras:
Liina Vahtras is the Managing Director of Estonian e-Residency, a government-issued digital identity which gives global entrepreneurs remote access to the world’s most digital country. Liina has extensive experience in strategic communication, e-governance and technology sector startups. She brings a wealth of experience from the public and private sectors, emphasising information and financial technology. She is committed to driving innovation and fostering digital transformation to benefit businesses and society.
Vahtras holds a master’s in e-Governance Technologies and Services from Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech). Her career spans both public and private sectors, including roles in prominent Estonian tech companies. She developed growth strategies at Pipedrive, a customer relationship management software firm, and Tuum, a fintech company offering modular core banking platforms. She led the marketing and communications team at Nortal (the Baltics’ largest software development company) and managed public relations for the Estonian Reform Party. She has also served as an advisor to two Estonian Prime Ministers, Taavi Rõivas (2015-2016) and Andrus Ansip (2007–2010).
About Kirsti Priivits:
Kirsti Priivits is an Investor Consultant at Invest Estonia (EIS), specializing in helping international businesses navigate the opportunities Estonia has to offer. She provides valuable insights into securing funding through Enterprise Estonia, KredEx, and SmartCap—key institutions supporting businesses in Estonia.

Thomas will lead a powerful workshop designed to shift your perspective on failure and create a safe, open space for growth. Through guided reflection and group interaction, you’ll explore how cultural narratives shape our understanding of failure — from the American “fail fast” mindset to Europe’s often more cautious approach. This session lays the emotional groundwork for the retreat, helping participants release shame, embrace vulnerability, and build authentic trust with fellow entrepreneurs. It’s not just about talking; it’s about transforming how we feel and lead through failure — together.
Come learn survival skills, gain self-confidence for managing on your own in the wild and strengthen teamwork. The survival training gives you practical knowledge about starting a campfire, building a shelter, first aid, using natural tools for navigation, finding food and drinking water. Workshop is held by professional guides.
