Silva Hunt is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to advise international clients with clear, practical solutions.
You will:
• corporate legal advice
• draft/review/negotiate contracts
• analyze documentation
• assess compliance & risks
• prepare legal opinions
• work with external partners when needed
We expect:
• Law degree
• 3+ years experience (business clients preferred)
• excellent Estonian and English
• strong contract & company law skills (incl. employment law)
• calm, client-focused, able to handle multiple matters
Nice to have:
• compliance/regulatory experience
• consulting background
• tax/accounting knowledge
• experience with e-resident clients
