This is not an assistant role.
You will manage your own client portfolio and grow into full responsibility over time.
You will start part-time (0.5), with a realistic path toward full-time as the portfolio expands. This is a long-term role for someone who wants development combined with stability.
Your Main Responsibilities:
You are responsible for your clients — not just their transactions.

A strong foundation and the willingness to grow beyond it.
You don’t need to know everything today — including crypto or complex investment cases — but you must be willing to learn and step outside routine when needed.
