This will pave the way for a smooth and efficient company deletion process. Note that all members of the management board and in the case of a limited company, all shareholders of the company must confirm that the company has not started operations and must all digitally sign the application.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">There is no state fee to be paid for the deletion of the company.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">You will then be required to submit a declaration to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board confirming that your company has not conducted any economic activity. This declaration must also be signed by all members of the management board and shareholders of the company.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The approval process for the application to the Estonian Commercial Register takes up to five business days.
