We are looking for a person in our team who is brave, ready to communicate with people and love customer service. Wants to use his creative thinking, make things better and is guided from the heart.

Main responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, maintaining and developing a customer relationship (incl. answering e-mails, making additional sales, analyzing data and making suggestions for improvement)

• Daily customer service (preparation of documents, answering questions, communicating with accountants, providing information to customers).

Recommendations for the candidate:

• You have previous sales experience.

• You enjoy communicating with customers.

• You are decisive and maintain balance and positivity even in stressful situations

• You have good analytical skills

• You are accurate in performing your duties

• You are ready to work both independently and in a team

• You have excellent English and Estonian language skills in speech and writing.

• You want to do the tasks in the best possible way.

• You like to laugh and you share your laughter with others.

• You enjoy learning and are teachable.
